Through an interactive process of writing a message and repeating it, you amplify the message daily as part of your morning routine.
Physics explains that you get the biggest shadows on the brightest of days.
So how can you focus on the light and not the shadow you are currently experiencing? This process helps you bring those thoughts of light to the forefront of your mind.
When you consciously choose which thoughts to amplify daily you build your mental strength!
We think 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts in a day! This is why mindset is critical to our wellness. A strong mindset is the foundation to sort and order all of those thoughts!
Of those thousands of thoughts a day, almost 90% of them are repetitive! These old programed thoughts impact our mood and color our perception of the world or how we experience reality!
Where do you start? With exercise!
Your brain is like any other muscle and it loves a consistent routine to workout first thing in the morning. You don't go to the gym once and have muscles, right?
